Q: Can I use the carabiner and / or rope for climbing or other activities?

Our products are designed for use as dog leashes only, and we do not recommend them being used for any other purpose. We cannot accept liability for any damage incurred if used in other ways. Be safe people!

 

Q: Will your leashes be able to hold my big dawg?

Yes! Our leashes and hooks are climbing grade quality, and can take the pressure of even the biggest and strongest dogs. We've got you covered!

 

Q: What about my small dog, are the ropes or hooks too heavy for her? 

Both our ropes and carabiner hooks are surprisingly lightweight, so are great for smaller dogs too. The other small dogs will be very jealous of their trendy new look!

 

Q: I have a store or vet clinic and am interested in stocking your leashes,  is that possible?

Q: Can I collect an order from your store?

We don't have a store currently, so unfortunately not. But we are based in Sydney's inner west, so if you are local to us and want to reach out then please contact us at info@ruffbuddy.com.au

 

Q: Will you expand your product range?

Yes, we are hoping to do so in future. At the moment we are young n' learning. :)

 

Q: Can I order a custom rope colour and pattern?

We don't currently offer bespoke designs though, but are always happy to hear your creative colour and pattern ideas at info@ruffbuddy.com.au. 

 

Q: The leash I like is out of stock, what can I do?

We try to refresh stock so that this doesn't happen, but it isn't always possible. Just contact us at info@ruffbuddy.com.au and we can let you know how long it will take
